We look after all plans and structural concepts, working drawings, engineering and building construction within the domestic industry, drawings drawn to the BCA 2008 code and Associated Australian Standards.

From first tentative approach to the final submitting to council.
BUNGENDORE BUILDING PLANS is avaliable to discuss plans, specifications, contracts, builders, approval procedures, and quotations. 24 hour 7 days a week.

In most local government areas it is illegal to erect structures on residential or rural sites without prior approval. BUNGENDORE BUILDING PLANS may take care of this by seeking to have all unapproved structures to BCA 2008 and approved to take the worry out of selling and insurance risks.

Building Advisory

Our Builder, is a full time professional licensed builder providing advice to Bungendore Building Plan's clients
All drawings comply with the BCA 2008
Checking all drawings that they comply with the relevent codes
All drawings and details must be able to be built from a builders view.
Our Clerk of Works offers an hour free - for site evaluation and advice on how to develop your property and the best way to achieve your requests.
$45 per hour for building and general structural advice, if needed after the hour.

Our builder carries full insurance in accordance with the requirements of the Dept of Fair Trading and has access to the provisions of Home Warranty Insurance for clients under contract
